Question NO SURROUND SOUND WORKING ON MY PC

i bought 3 different gaming surrournd sound (7.1) headsets. i got never surround sound i searched on google but nothing helps. I hope that some one can help me.

Dionl helllo please i got arctis 3 but the surrounding sound in the Speaker icon doesnt appear why that ?
