I was watching over 1 hour of youtube when my wifi on my 2 in one AsUS laptop got disconnected from the wifi..now i get error message, no wireless devices on this PC
Thanks, could not get driver for windows 10 at ASUS website after RESET, only windows 8.1. Then EVERYTHING went wrong as I began to transfer the driver from my pen drive (downloaded from my HP laptop)... couldnt find my files and couldnt open the pendrive either...got back to support who suggested RESET again...and lo and behold laptop started functioning perfectly including the wifi...I am writing to update my issue, and also to ask if wifi goes off suddely like this , should I repeat RESET?
Really shouldnt need to reset the PC at all, but if it works It works It works I suppose

Have you tried re installing your wifi driver ?, you may need to download it from another machine, put it onto a memory stick and then plug that into your laptop.

How do I get the driver details...My other HP netbook works fine...I could transfer from there..
Using your HP laptop go online to asus support and type in your laptop spec, it will say what model your laptop is on the bottom of it, then look for drivers and scroll till you see network or wifi drivers, download them and then transfer it to your asus and then run the program
thanks , just got through to chat..they advised me to rest PC, but will lose apps...now am terrified what my PC will show up with, but as long as wifi works, I wont be so disappointed... will keep u posted, RESET is happening..
