Non responsive touch screen

I recently purchased a dell inspiron 7559 gaming laptop with UHD 4K display and touch screen. When I used it first the touch screen worked for the first 15 mins and then stopped responding. I restarted the laptop and it worked for a while and stopped again. I restarted it again and it didn't respond at all. I checked the driver and the HID-compliant touch screen driver has vanished, it was there when I checked it the first time. I updated my laptop OS (Windows 10) and the drivers, it still doesn't work.

IMHO, if it's new, they should fix or replace it under warranty
