norton internet security subscription

i have in my motherboard drivers disk norton internet security but i don't see a subscription renewal code,there is a code on the disk i don't know what for,i tried it but it didn't work,if there is one for norton where do i find it?

Fairly certain what came on your disk was simply a trial version. If you want to continue your subscription, you'll need to purchase a new annual subscription.

What exactly happens when you try to use the Product key from the CD? Did you get any error message? If you have already registered with us, you can simply login to your Norton Account & check the subscription/product key details:

it's not for norton the 1 and 0 numbers can't be typed in the subscription but why would they put a trial version in the cd if everyone can get it for free on the internet

Hey,

Did you check with the computer manufacturer to see if they can provide an activation code. Can you install the Norton product to see the number of days remaining in subscription remaining?
