not able to charge my note 10.1

hello, am using Samsung galaxy note 10.1 n8020 and for the past three days it has been on charge, but is still around 38 percent and one other thing is immediately i remove the charger the battery start going down. so please help me.

Hello,

Restart that tablet first (some apps can drain battery insane fast!). Try to charge the tablet with another cable/adapter. You may plug it into computer too... but it will charge very slow.
Is it working good with another charger?
