Not able to login Yahoo messenger

I was in Europe when I installed yahoo messenger on one of my laptop now I came to India and loaded yahoo messenger on another laptop but when I am trying to sign in it says not able to login ...your yahoo account is locked but from same installed what I was using in Europe I can sign in ...Please advice how can I use messenger in India with same account
