Not fully acpi compatible(vista install)

While trying to install vista prem on my Gatway mx3560 (intel 852/855 GM/GME chipset) i get blue screened on reboot and it says "not fully ACPI compatible Update bios" or somthin like that called gateway, went to there site, and you guessed it no help they told me to call microsoft it was there fault and they told me to piss off. PLEASE HELP if you know where a bios update is let me know thanks

Gateway's site should list a BIOS update under the downloads section after you enter in your model number. Just run that.

No go i already did that

Then you'll need to search for an ACPI driver under the downloads section. Also search for new chipset drivers.
