Hi- I'm a Marine currently at my MOS school. I'll be here over a year and I need a powerful laptop I could use for gaming.
1_What is your budget? $2000
2_What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? 17" +
3_What screen resolution do you want? Not sure
4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? Desktop Replacement
5_How much battery life do you need? 2 hours
6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
The majority of new games on medium and high settings.
7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing,watching movies, Etc.)

8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?
250gb+

Bluray would be nice, but not necessary

I usually build my own desktops, so I don't have a lot of experience with brand names.

I would like to the best possible deal for my money. I think the gpu is probably the most important thing to consider. Any recommendations for sites? I've mostly been looking at newegg.com
