Solved! Not working tv

Have samsung tv stuck on channel 3 the tv power button turns it on and off none the other buttons works on the remote the power button turns it on not off the power button is the only one that works on the remote also

Our Samsung TV had a similar problem. We had to contact tech service to have them guide us through resetting the sync between the remote and the TV.
