Solved! Note 8 won't reboot when pressing volume, power and bixby keys

I have a black screen and the blue LED light is on (solid) Pressing all the combinations of the volume, power and bixby keys won't reboot or wake up the phone (Note 8).

The phone may not be 'sleeping'. It may well be the display is not functioning correctly. I would suggest either contacting the manufacturer, if under warranty, or a local tech.
