Notebook cannot find the second monitor

Hey guys, so I bought new notebook (Asus rog) + new monitor (AOC, 21.5 inches). Everything used to go well, but after turning on Avast and restarting the notebook, the notebook cannot find my monitor. Monitor lights, everything is connected.

Have you tried turning off Avast and seeing it you get the monitor back?

If you do try that, you should check the programs settings to see if it is restricting anything. However if it continues, when running that program, then you may just want to try another program.

Oh, have you tried setting Avast to not run continuously, but only run when you tell it to, and will it let you see the monitor then?
