Notebook keeps turning itself on!

Hello,
We have an eeepc which keeps turning itself back on when we have shut it down. Any ideas what to do?

Is the power button stuck, it may have dirt or somthing jamming it. If not it could be a hardware fault. Check if its still under warranty, get it fixed that way.
