1_What is your budget?
~1100€

2_What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
15-17"

3_What screen resolution do you want?
if it's 17" then i could be 1080p, if the size is lower then the resolution also should be lower. (like 1600x900, or 1366x768)

4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
more like desktop replacement

5_How much battery life do you need?
not much, 6 cells ok

6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
not really

7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing, watching movies, Etc.)

watching movies, Photo/video editing mostly with adobe products (photoshop, premierre cs5) it is important because adobe decided to support nvidia cuda, and not ati stream (but maybe they will support stream in the future?) If there's no other choice then the video card could be ATI.

8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?
320GB enough.

9_If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

10_How long do you want to keep your laptop?
~3-4 years

11_What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
dvd writer

12_Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.

13_What country do you live in?
Hungary

14_Please tell us any additional information if needed.
The most important feature should be the backlit keyboard!

and I've already found these:
Dell Studio 1558 - with core i7 - Ati HD 5470
or
Dell Studio 17 - core i7 - Ati 560v (this one is a bit old card afaik) - this could be out of my budget

are there any other brand that have backlit keyboard laptops?

I wouldn't recommend going with Dell studio 15 with an i7 CPU,because it produces a great amount of heat,so its recommended to choose a 17" chasis with a quad core CPU.(unless the cooling is good, which in this case Studio 15 doesn't have a good cooling for quad cores)
So my vote goes to Studio 17
