I have an asus r510jx with intel i7-4720HQ, which is underclocked and undervolted to 2.6ghz and a GTX 950M 4GB's DDR3, running on windows 10 x64. I have a question about my temperatures during full loads of the GPU, playing GTA V for an hour, the temperatures varies from 74 to 80 (max 81 degrees on both CPU and GPU) thermal paste was changed 3-4 months ago, should i worry for this temperatures, will they damage my components, or is it okay ?

Solution
low 80 is still very good temp :) around 90 you should start to worry and 100 is where you need to take immediate action.
i know its unpleasant to keep 80*C laptop without any cooling stand, still tempwise its fine.
if you really want to help:

but it will not change much

I forgot to mention, that i have overclocked my GPU, the difference is 1-2 degrees, but i dont think, that the cooling pad will decrease my temperatures, since my motherboard and all my components are hidden inside and there are few holes, that suck a bit air, but i dont think that it will help alot.

I use it mainly not to burn myself more than cooling. And it makes a 1-2*C difference as it makes hot air away faster.
