NTSC to HDMI

I have an analog NTSC signal coming into my home. Don't know how i'm getting it, or who set it up, but when I moved in it was already there. It comes in on an rg6 coax and when I plug it into my tv I get a large selection of channels. The tv has a built in tuner. My question is, is there any way of converting the signal to a higher definition, or is it possible to somehow go from the coax to an hdmi or usb output so I can plug it into my xbox one to use its tv service?

Xbox does not have the drivers to use a usb coax adapter, you will need a windows running laptop or desktop.
