i need something that generates numbers continuously in a [Field box] on my pc but specific anything 903xxxxx and ending in 86

thats only 1000 numbers, you can pick all of the options in excel really easily. Are they phone numbers?

What is this for?
Random numbers, or sequential?
"continuously" = ...1 per minute? 1 per millisecond?

In Excel...
=RANDBetween(90300000, 90399999) and then append 86 on the end of the number.
