Nvidia Shadowplay release?

Did Nvidia release their shadowplay yet, or are they still working on it? If it is not out yet does anyone know the release date? Thanks

They just say "this summer" (2013).

I actually have no idea what this actually is.

They said it would be available on June 25th, but still nothing that I know of. if anyone knows anything about this and it's release, please keep this forum updated. Thanks!
