I have hp lap top with dedicated nivdia M820 Vcard
I cannot make it as default Vram

Please do try this link first from Nvidia on how to set it as the default GPU.

If this will not work please do try doing a clean install of the graphics driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.

- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again.
