Sorry, I should have been more specific, as what kind of device are we looking at as the tegra is a tablet CPU whilst the A8 is a notebook CPU and will perform very differently

I would most certainly go with the AMD powered one if you are serious about playing games as it is a windows machine for one and it also has a much more powerful CPU/GPU combination, whilst performing better in every respect except maybe battery life
