I have the Oculus Touch with two sensors, for now I've put them on a desk in front of me facing towards me however when I turn around I sometimes lose tracking so I have two questions. (1) Would it be beneficial to put one sensor directly in front of me and one behind me for some kind of room scale? (2) If so will any USB 3.0 extension cable work or is there one designed for this type of setup?

Any help is appreciated.

Solution
1. That's possible, but generally it's more advisable to have them eg. front left and rear right, rather than straight in front and behind you. Something like this:

2. It can be a bit picky about extensions, especially if they're long (the signal degrades the more length you add). This extension is often recommended:

I can't see the pic as I'm on a work PC but I'm guessing by putting them in opposite corners your creating a "virtual box", thus covering your movement front and back?

If I did this they would be pointed directly at me (or my center box)?
