Solved! off and on continually

hi my hp pavilion dv9500 laptop get off and no continually both the battery and the power are ok . the light and the fan will be on but between some seconds it when off and on ,

If you are saying it will turn on and then quickly turn off, repeatedly, I would suggest you either contact the manufacturer (if under warranty) or try a local tech.
