Office laptop under 400€

Hello!
I am looking for a cheap office laptop under 400€.

Mostly for office use, but one game to be played is sims 4. Graphics options are irrelevant as long as the game runs. An SSD would be nice as well, but is the first in the line to drop out if combining all of the previous ones goes over budget.

In Finland the price already includes 24% tax so that's why stuff is expensive here. No matter the shop. Yes I can use amazon but that product is out of sale.
