ok here the problem. im installing a game .its installing speed is really slow .i thought my hdd but

when i open task manager i see there my cpu(i5-6200u) usage was less then 30%,ram(8gb) 44% ,hard-disk (rpm7200) usage was less then 5% and read/write speed was like 0.1mb whyy usually its R/W speed like 100mbps

I wager you are installing from the Internet. Either you have a slow Internet, or the game site today is slow, it happens.

If your HD is less than 5% busy, why do u blame it?

nope! setup is in hdd. not using internet*

You can test the drive, so you can see if the drive is in a healthy state: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
It would be nice to back up the data stored on it in case there is something wrong with it.
