How Do u root a tablet

You'll get the whole story at www.xda-developers.com but basically, download KingoRoot on to your Windows computer.

In the device, go to Settings>More and tap About Device (or Tablet) seven times. That gives you Developer Options which is now an extra menu and go into that and tick the USB Debugging box.

Back in Windows, click to run Kingo and let the process run.

I worry a little about what folks want to do with a rooted phone but don't know how its done.
