Solved! Old Toshiba Turns On No Video

I found an old budget Toshiba with Athlon 2 in the garage. I can't figure out if this thing is even booting. I turn it on, fan spins up fine, no signal on the screen. Thought it was bad panel so I plugged it into vga and no signal to monitor. Strangely, I couldn't get it to shut off. No matter how long I held the power button it stayed on.

Sounds like motherboard has crapped out. Which makes it good as a paperweight. Maybee the easily removable parts like ram and hdd would be worth something.

It's very old, 2gb ddr2 ram so it's not worth anything if it isn't running. Previous owner, my cousin, probably liked to set it on the bed blocking the vents and overheated it.
