How can I hook up a VSH player to a newer Olevia tv? The tv has component and HDMI hook ups.

Add a tvtuner card to your pc. Then hook the TV up to the computer.

AmericanAudiophile is correct. You need an adapter. (Not a $10 cable, but a $100 box.)

Beware: many old VHS tapes have degraded. If they have irreplaceable video on them, and you need to bring them back to watchable quality...then message me. I do that professionally.
