Olfactory and or somatosensory

Can 3D be integrated with olfactory (smell) and or somatosensory (sense of touch) impulses?

That is a radical concept; but today’s science fiction is tomorrow’s reality and this dream may come true. FPR 3D panel that LG uses in its CINEMA 3D TVs has shown how the technology is getting better with every passing year. For a person like me even 47LM7600 is a radical new technology that makes picture jump at you. If things like smell and touch were added to 3D how will we know how to differ reality from make believe?
