Once I click "blocking" nothing happens

I'm trying to unblock a FB friend but once I follow all the directions nothing happens when I click "blocking"..wth?

If you want to unblock people on facebook, you can so quickly by following these simple steps. First click on the Gearbox on the top right, then click on Privacy Settings.
