One encrypting tool for Windows and Android

Hi guys

I looking for one application that would work with both Windows and Android encrypting thumb drives or portable HDDs. It would be best if the app would be portable itself. Do you know any?

Many compression utilities have Windows and Android versions (WinZip comes to my mind). You put your precious files in a ZIP, protect them with a password (which encrypts them with that password), done. When you need access to your file, open the containing ZIP file, supply the password. Don't forget to delete the unencrypted version after that.
