One headphone much louder than the other one .

One of the two sides of my headphones are not audible (very less sound) and the other is normal . I tried it with an other headphone ; the same problem in it too ! What to do ? Can anyone help me ?

Check the balance setting one whatever device you are plugging the headphones into.
