One of my laptop fans not working

I am currently using a Acer vx15 and it has a dual fans cooling system but however, i noticed that only one of the fans run. I've also tried to check if my fans move when i turn on my laptop and still, only one of them runs. May I know if this is normal or should i be repairing the laptop? Thanks.

is it still under warranty?hows the temp?i would get it check unless one of the fan is use to suck in air and the other pushes it out.

Yep, just bought the laptop a few days back. I tried playing Overwatch to see if it will cause any problems. When the temperature hit around 85 and above, my laptop just shutted itself down. Had to let it cool down for a while before being able to turn it on again.

May I ask, how did you solve the problem with your fans, I have the same laptop and it's having the same problem
