one video, one audio track, and i want a different language

the thing is that there is no other track when i open ! only one track, so how can i change it ? i have it in russian and i want to change it to hindi,. the thing is that when playing the video u can easily hear tht the russian is spoken over the hindi, but i'm unable to extract the russiana nd keep only the hindi language, .. any ideas how u can help ?

Open it up in a video editor and if it really does only have 1 audio track then you are ouot of luck and must go seek an original thats in russian.

First, I doubt it is legally bought.
Second - this is how the "market" for movies works in some parts of the world. It is not unusual for blockbusters to gets translated (actually, voice-overed) first in one language, then another language to be slapped on top of first translation (all this without any involvment from the movie studios)
