If I know One Plus had such horrific customer support I would have never bought their phone. They needed approvals and photographs to replace my defective charger – then after saying they would replace it – claimed it was a photo from the website and not the right charger. The charger is the one that came with the One Plus 7 Pro and is upside down – look at the logo – and sitting on my cluttered desk! After reminding them of this they now want more photos. They waste your time to avoid replacing a charger!
