Question ONN Wireless Ear Buds

I love these wireless ear buds. However, I don't love this sound it makes during calls or listening. It sounds like an A flat note, like it's a notification of some type. It comes from somewhere, I do not know, but it's irritating as hell, and I miss part of the communication. Do you know how I can manipulate this?
