Opening links to other files in a pdf on Android?

Is there an app or any way to open a linked directory via pdf to another folder?

Basically, I make packages of files and at the center of this is a PDF that contains links to the other files located in the package. I can complete the task on a PC using regular Adobe Reader but cannot achieve the same on Android devices.

Sorry if the wording is a little off, I'm a bit overloaded right now. Any questions you need to ask to understand my problem more are definitely accepted, especially if it results in me finding the solution.

It seems all you need is a PDF reader for Android which can open linked files. I am not sure such an animal exists, but if it does - you probably have to change the links to point to relative paths, with Linux-friendly directory separators '/' instead of '\'.
