Question Opinions on smart home apps

Hey Im working on this project where we have to collect feedback about smart home app. I will be really greateful if you share with me your opinions. 'X App desing is awful', 'I like X app because I can change temperature of my heater anywhere I am' etc.

IMO, In a utopian world, smart home apps are just fine, but in a dysfunctional society such as ours, I don't need the rest of the world knowing what I'm listening to or what my thermostat is set to. If my house burns down because I left the iron on, so be it.
