Solved! Optical port pulled out from Samsung

I have a 55" Samsung, and while I was readying the TV to relocate, the entire optical jack/port pulled right out. It will not go back properly, and I no longer have a red light at the far end of the link. Do you have any advice? Thank you.

Which Samsung model is it?

You will have to plug in or resolder the optical port to the board of the Samsung. Opening it up will be necessary. You can search youtube how to disassemble your specific TV model.
