OS for just internet use?

I found my old 10.1 inch laptop (https://www.cnet.com/products/asus-eee-pc-1001px/specs/) and right now it has Windows 7 ultimate installed. I noticed that the laptop is running very slowly and I can't even watch Youtube. So I ask, what is a good OS for just using internet/Youtube?
