Hello,

My tv has absolutely no outputs of any kind. I want to use headphones or some other form of external audio. My input is an OTA antenna. Would I need an HDTV Digital Converter Box with coax in that has some form of audio out for this to work?

Thank you.

Solution
You could use an external tuner that has analog audio outputs and a headphone amp (line level won't drive headphones) or a bluetooth transmitter.
If you are a bit handy you could connect a headphone jack to the TV speaker wires or connect a speaker to line level converter and a bluetooth transmitter to them. You would want a 3.5mm stereo jack that can interrupt the connection to the speakers when you plug into the jack.

Check out the section about switching between speakers and headphones.
