"out of memory" message

my coolpix P530 keeps saying "out of memory" even with a new card, freshly charged batteries and removing and reinstalling bot

If you formatted the memory card when the battery was low it may not have formatted it properly.

Reformat the card.

If still you have no joy then buy a new card for the camera.
