Outlook 2016 not working

Hello does anyone have any suggestions on how to make Outlook work?

I have tried starting it in safe mode and it says it doesn't allow me so I tried to repair and it doesn't work. I then tried to create a new OST and that still doesn't work, I have reinstalled office aswell. I have turned off my anti virus to check if that was the problem and it didn't help.

Excel and word still works, has anyone got any ideas on what this could be?

Look in the Event Viewer Logs. See what errors are there.

Leave the logs open and try to launch Outlook 2016 again.

Hopefully the failure will be logged and attributed to some service not running and maybe not started due to some other error.

You will need to dig into the logs a bit but look for red error icons and yellow warning icons. Right click those error messages for more information.

Post the error message and also google it.
