Question Outlook app - - - new email notifications not working ?

Dear folk

I posed it in another forum but haven't got a reply yet ,,,,I understand folks could be busy so I have to wait longer.

I have iPhone 13 with IOS 16.4 ,,,,,my updated version of outlook app that is configured to use work IMAP is not showing new email notifications ,,,,,so far what I did :

1-Outlook settings. Under the main section, I selected the notification. Then selected the Focused and Other Inboxes options.

2-Settings --> Outlook -->Notifications --> Allow Notifications is checked (on)

3- Restarted the phone more than one time

What else do I need to check to make it work ?

Here are a few other things you can try:

-Check phone's Do Not Disturb settings
-Verify Focus Assist activation
-Reinstall Outlook app: Deleting and reinstalling from the App Store might help resolve any issue with the app.
-Look over email account settings: Make sure that your email account is set up correctly within Outlook.

I tried all those but unfortunately no joy

Used another app which is Edison Mail+ everything is working as it is supposed to be with no issue !!!!

Do you know the laptop windows outlook has same issue !!!!
