This forum can not provide any assistance regarding password recovery. I can tell you what you are trying will not work.
What did you upgrade from? Is the Windows copy you had a "legal" copy and is the update from Microsoft? If not, we can't help you.
A sure fix is to go to another machine and run the MS media creation tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Boot from the media you create and do a "Clean" install. This will wipe everything off your hard drive (all your data and programs) but will return you access to Windows assuming you have a license.
