Overclocking an FX-6350 and Asus M5A78L-M/USB3

I am planning to move this Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 and its FX-6350 CPU into a new chassis with a GeForce 1070 and a 680W power supply.

I am looking at a series of CPU coolers from BeQuiet! ranging from 120W to 250W.

If I really dial that motherboard up, how much cooling would be needed on that CPU?

That motherboard has extremely weak VRMs and your lucky that 6350 is stable at stock speeds. That board is not suitable for overclocking. Save your money for a platform upgrade.
