Overclocking CPU Wondering about power supply.

I was wondering if I need a better power supply to overclock my CPU. I have a Corsair 430 watt power supply. I have a gtx 750 ti ftw.

Hi I just wanted to make sure the CX 430w was capable of overclocking a gtx 750 ti ftw. I have seen you can and I have seen don't even try. Can you suggest me a limit to overclock it?
