Overclocking Question: Sager NP8662 (Clevo M860TU)

I am considering buying the Sager NP8662 and I was wondering what kind of overclock people have been getting with their 260M GTX gpus and/or X9100 cpus. Can regular core2duo cpus (non-extreme) be overclocked using ntune? Thanks

ntune OC's CPU not VGA,for VGA i recommend using rivatuner instead
