hi where i can purchase the full keyboard replacement of my packardbell unit

If it didn't come with one, then you probably can't, because the keyboard wouldn't fit properly in the chassis, and the ribbon input wouldn't be compatible.

why are you still using a packard bell? didnt they go out of business many years ago?
