Page is stuck on screen

No matter what I do I can not get my last shopping page off the screen. I have turned it off and on. Looked everywhere for an answer and none seemed to fit. It's a Dell windows 10. I keep hoping it will be gone, nope. Thanks AJ

Your description sounds as if the shopping page has become your "desktop" page/theme.

Try Control Panel ? Appearance and Personalization > Personalization

Look at Themes.
