Partial sounds coming form my pioneer..

when i tryied to hook my speakers up..it sound like wires was touching or grounding out but i check !no wires was touching and i was still getting the same sounds..what could be the problem or problems?

What do you mean by sound like wires touching?

What are your equipments and how do you connectect them together?

Check if the plugs are in properly and they are at the right terminals. Check owners manual for proper speaker setup.

i meant it the sound are sounding gounded out ..its a pioneer cd player.

Test the amplifier first without any source hook up but the speakers, if the sound si there then check the speakers and all terminals.

If there's no problem of the first test then it could be the wires or the terminals from the source. Check if you have ground loop as well. Try using another outlet.
