Password administrator recovery

I Forgot my administrator password...i had gone in and changed it by hitting the ctrl-alt-delete buttons twice and brought me to I guess a internal safe mode..anyway...i can't get into the tablet without it...i turned it on and the rca emblem came in and goes straight to enter password with a black screen ???? Please help
